The Conditioned Way

The conditioned way of the world is to cope with suffering by suffering. This is the delusion in place that keeps one suffering by attaching to unconscious actions that cause more suffering…

When one wakes up and sees the delusion of the attached conditioning that’s been put in place to cope with situations, it’s freeing, but only to the extent that the delusion is let go of. This basically means going against the conditioned way that most people view life from. Although waking up doesn’t make a person special, it does make one seem odd or peculiar because they aren’t in line with the way everyone else responds to life situations.

This writing stems from the fact that the woman who had the label of my mother, went through dementia before passing. What has arisen in me is seeing how much suffering this situation caused all those involved with it. Although the suffering is optional, it’s not seen in this way because of the coping mechanisms caused by one attaching to the delusional conditioning the world has in place; this is delusional thinking even though it seems right. Understanding this has afforded me the awareness of not being pulled into the suffering, but it makes it look like a person doesn’t care about what’s happening. Compassion has arisen in me for all those involved with this situation because of how it’s caused so many to suffer, but this compassion isn’t seen by those who are suffering.

It’s only the delusional conditioning of attachment that causes one to suffer with any situation. The conditioned way of the world is to cope with suffering with actions that keep the suffering in place. This is the delusion in place that keeps one suffering by attaching to unconscious actions that cause more suffering, and although the one who wakes up from the sleep of this delusion may be looked upon by others as being peculiar or odd and not caring, the alternative is to attach to the delusional way of the Conditioned Mind with actions that cause more suffering; insanity to say the least…

True Contentment

The only way one will ever be truly content is without the story that something other than this moment will provide contentment. When this is understood so will true contentment be understood…

Everyone has a story, no one goes through life storyless, but the story really isn’t the issue, it’s how the story becomes your controlling energy; that’s when issues arise. There other day there was a discussion going on about one of my post. How this affects me is how it’s made into a story, but it isn’t really a story, it’s just what’s happening. Since there are many who read my post there are many different versions of their story, none are the right or wrong one, they’re just what each one who reads them perceives because of the conditioning in place.

Here’s why storied energy creates an issue, someone posted yesterday how they were really looking forward to going on vacation tomorrow; this would mean right now they’re not content. Although this seems innocent it’s not because this simple statement blocks out truly living life and being content with life right now. This is the issue a story creates, it doesn’t allow you to be with the fullness of the life you’re actually living in this moment; it’s always when this or that happens. Create your own story, but that story is your block to your own freedom. The only way one will ever truly be content is without the story that something other than this moment will provide contentment; when this is understood so will true contentment be understood; without a needed story…

Molding the Heart

When there’s unconscious blaming it’s unloving, it has to be as it’s the nature of blaming. It matters little how it’s justified and for what reason the blaming is done, all blaming separates as it arises from unconscious energy…

What’s done is done and for the most part it can’t be undone, but the cause of what’s done can be different so it’s not repeated, especially when what’s done is unloving. How this takes place is by the molding of your heart so what’s done comes from a place of love more often than not. If this molding isn’t a constant in your life a lot of what’s done will be from an unloving place of the Conditioned Mind. It may not be an intentional act that produces results that cause a glaring conflict, but a simple act of talking about someone behind their back is also unloving. Don’t blame another if you can’t cast the first stone that’s all unconscious unloving behavior is; blaming. Conditioned Mind blaming is formed unconsciously just because of all the energy one is exposed to, its why a molding of the heart is needed; although it has been my experience that the molding of the heart is more of a not doing than it is a doing.

As I have become more aware of the self centered I that was in place for so many years of my life, this awareness has resulted in an ever so slowly transformation of energy from unloving (all about me) energy to stillness (loving) energy. There’s really nothing to do to become more loving because it will just be another story instead of being genuine and natural. In the space of stillness where thought isn’t in control, the molding of the heart takes place as one’s innate goodness arises; there’s no unconsciousness here. When there’s blaming it’s unloving, it has to be, it’s the nature of blaming. I don’t care how it’s justified and for what cause, any blaming arises from unloving energy. Blame not for you shall not be blamed and if you are and your heart is molded to love, it won’t really matter…

Mind Separation

Most people haven’t an inkling of how much suffering the Conditioned Mind causes and until it’s fully realized it’s better to be quiet; when seeing things from quiet there’s no mind separation…

Watch how the mind separates, as it always thinks in the context of you, me, them, they, those and of course “I”. It’s not limited to just these, but these are some of the main culprits in our separation from each other. The other day I posted an article and someone posted a response saying what was written wasn’t correct, although I didn’t appreciate it much, there’s a fine line in being with what’s there or allowing there to be separation. There’s separation on one end which goes without saying, but by me being the one who knows better I have to do what’s necessary to minimize the separation; not for the other person, but for myself and humanity as a whole. That may sound grandiose, but it’s not because as energy goes so does the world around you go.

We went round and round with until it got to a point where lies were being posted so it was better to discard the energy. It’s wasn’t that the person agitated me, it was more so the I wanted to stop the energy that was being put out. Energy makes the world different and it also keeps the world the same. The point of this article is to show how easy it is to attach to someone and cause separation and thus suffering. Maybe it’s not so easy to turn the other cheek, but by not attacking back you are the one who remains connected; remember you can’t have a riot with one person. It’s always about the conditioning, never about the person. In this way of viewing things the energy put out may not seem loving, but at least there’s quiet until it becomes loving. Most people haven’t an inkling of how much suffering the Conditioned Mind causes and until it’s fully realized it’s better to be quiet; when seeing things from a place of quiet there’s no mind separation…

Baited Energy

What the unawareness of unconscious baited energy does is it keeps the exact energy that you’re trying to break free from in place; when the bait is taken so is the freedom of choice…

The baited energy is in place to hook you and pull you deeper into an unconscious state. Not many break free once the bait is taken, but if you know what the bait is it’s less likely to hook you; not being aware of the bait is why one gets lured by it. Not many investigate what the bait is as it is set unconsciously, by the time it’s noticed it’s usually to late and you become a prisoner to the bait. This has been going on since humanity began, today’s world is just as insane as thousands of years ago, there’s just more news coverage and social media to spread the insanity; make no mistake that’s what’s being done. This cause, that cause, do this or that, all the unconscious energy being put out, I have been unfriended by many because they have chosen not to look at this. The insanity in place cannot be seen by the one who taking the bait; strong language, but true.

Get baited into the story of the injustices that appear to be going on, but understand this is nothing new, it has been and will continue to occur because of the energy being put out. This isn’t to say that the injustices aren’t there, but taking a stand against them feeds them with baited energy to allow them to continue. If you don’t think this is true look how nothing has changed in the last three months or even the last three thousand years in the way humanity reacts to things. This article isn’t about the last three months because this energy has been in place for many many years. This is what the unawareness of unconscious bait does, it keeps the exact energy that one is trying to break free from in place and in the process although this energy makes one think they’re free; when the bait is taken so is the freedom of choice…

Truth Shift

The shift that occurs in an awakening is the inner opening of the heart which allows the truth from within to arise. When this occurs where you would once look only on the surface you now look within…

People think they change when they learn something new, but the essence of what is truly happening is there’s a discovery of what has always been there. It’s not really a change that occurs, it’s a shift from delusional surface thinking with the shift being an understanding of the true nature of life; starting with looking inward at your own mind. You cannot know truth if you do not know yourself, and you cannot know yourself if you do not know your own mind. The reason why it’s so difficult for the heart to open so you can live differently is because the mind will not settle down without a struggle. Your mind will tell you to look on the surface to get by in life as long as it’s thought to be pleasurable…

Self investigation is not pleasurable especially when it’s first started and that’s why many are hesitant to do it. It’s much easier and pleasurable not to investigate and do what is familiar, but there are only benefits when an honest self appraisal is done. A step into the unfamiliar will need to be taken so you can get to know the truth of who you aren’t.

The mind defaults naturally to what’s familiar because it’s what’s on the surface, but an honest self appraisal allows for truth to be revealed and rise to the surface, this way truth becomes what is familiar. When truth is what’s on the surface, what happens is the veil of ignorance is removed and where you were once blind you can now see. It’s not a change, it’s a shift that allows truth to be revealed because you are only seeing what has always been there…

Watcher of Life

Be the watcher of the occurrences that happen in your life and be the recipient of a peace that’s not understood. Or not and stay trapped in the judging and labeling process of the Conditioned Mind…

There are times when life can seem as though it’s such a struggle, but really life itself is never a struggle, it’s the created perception that makes it so. There are different ways to live life, one way is from a perception of everything that happens is personal. This requires constant judgements as each situation occurs, instantaneously things are labeled as they happen; this makes life personal. This is the way most people have been conditioned so this is the only way that most live.

Another way that life can be lived, but this must be learned, is to watch what happens and not make it personal. This is much different because you don’t get directly involved in what happens. You’re a participant because you exist, but you learn not to judge and label what happens. If you‘re in traffic you watch it, but that’s all you do. You acknowledge the fact that there’s traffic and that’s it. You don’t have to take it any further because it doesn’t add anything to the situation. In this case you are in traffic, but by observing being in traffic instead of making it about you, there is a freedom that’s not there when the situation is judged and labeled instead of just being observed.

To me there is so much more benefit in being a watcher of what happens in life as opposed to making it personal. If you can learn how to do this you will experience life in a way as never before. This is not something magical, it is simply an observation instead of judging and labeling. Just think of the many scenario’s that this can be directly applied to and see how different each situation affects you when it’s watched instead of judged and labeled. It’s amazing how much more peace there is in your life when it’s not made personal. Don’t take my word for this, see this for yourself how the situations that occur don’t change, just the way they affect you does. Become Be the watcher of the occurrences that happen in your life and be the recipient of a peace that’s not understood. Or not and stay trapped in the judging and labeling process of the Conditioned Mind…

Delusional State

Understanding the nature of your delusions is one of the benefits of waking up, but it’s not the world’s delusions that wake you up, it’s the delusions that run your own life…

The delusions that run your life are the delusions that manifest as attachment to your thoughts. The first thought that arises is inconsequential, it’s the attachment to the second thought that forms the delusion. To understand delusion one must be aware of their attachments, desires, confusions, and the way your mind works, without this the dog chasing its tail pattern prevails. Certain practices turns one inward to see this, if what you are doing doesn’t turn you inward you will remain trapped to your delusional state of mind. This is why nothing from the outside truly changes a person because anything from the outside is part of the delusion. A broken mind can’t fix itself and as long as it’s reaching for something on the outside, it remains trying to fix itself and thus it remains broken. Until this truth is seen, things have to stay as they are because nothing is being done to change it.

We can only know what we know if there’s awareness of it. What this means is one has to develop mindfulness of what they are doing as they are doing it so there‘s awareness of what is being done. If you know what you’re doing as you’re doing it it leaves little room for delusion to arise. Mindfulness is probably the single most important discipline to develop as it anchors you in the moment as what is being done occurs. Delusion only occurs when one lives in the story that there’s a past or future; these mind made constructs keeps the delusion alive. The present moment can be seen without making it a story even though it passes as quickly as it arises, but the past and future can never truly be seen without a story, and because few have the discipline to be present, the delusional state of existence remains in place…

An Imagined Identity

When the lie of your imagined identity is exposed, the truth that this imagined self doesn’t really exist is revealed. This leads you not so much to knowing who you are, but more so to the truth of who you are not…

One day as I was sitting in silence, it was revealed to me that it took roughly forty nine years to develop an identity to an imagined self, along with all the tools I thought were needed to make me who I thought I was suppose to be. For the last twelve years I have be undoing what my own mind developed as it told me it was the most beneficial way to live. This imagined self began at the time of birth when my parents named me for the purpose of society having a way to identify me. This identify was then attached to by a self that wasn’t formed yet, but it slowly was being developed into an imagined identity.

For me this lie was exposed as it may for others at some point, but for many it will remain in place until the time of death, and although death itself may be the time of this exposure, most will never be aware of it. For those who do awaken to the fallacy of this imagine identity, there’s a freedom that occurs which can only be known in the space of non attachment to this made up imagined self. Bondage is in the belief that you are what you imagine. Freedom is in the knowing that you are not. Again: Bondage is in the belief that you are what you imagine. Freedom is in the knowing that you are not. The more the lie of this imagined identity is exposed, the more truth that the imagined self doesn’t really exist is revealed. In this truth there’s a knowing, not of who you are, but of who you are not, and it’s in the exposure of this lie that sets you free because you’re no longer in the prison of this imagined identity…
