Operating Principles

When one isn’t being controlled by things from the outside, therein lies your freedom, but it isn’t freedom because life is the way that it’s wanted, there’s freedom because you’re with life the way that it is.

The operating principles that control your life makes your life what it is. It doesn’t make life what it is because life just is it never changes, but it makes YOUR life what it is and until the operating principles in place put you in harmony with life, there won’t be any and hence your life will be the way that it is because it’s the way you are making it. It’s actually a beautiful thing when one becomes aware of this because it puts your life in your hands; there’s nothing more that a person could want. When one isn’t being controlled by things from the outside, therein lies your freedom, but it isn’t freedom because life is the way that it’s wanted, there’s freedom because you’re with life with the way that it is.

What happens with the mind that has operating principles not based in love is it gets hijacked by its own conditioning and then you are held hostage by your own mind. I know this sounds crazy, but this is exactly what’s happens and it’s all because of the operating principles based to self serve in one’s life. When the operating principles in place are controlled by a me, me, me mind crazy is the norm or so it seems, but it’s only because of the operating principle. When the operating principles change the craziness subsides. So when you sit and see what the base of your actions are, you just may be able to change them. It will take some time though because of the conditioning in place, but the alternative is to remain the way that you are; being controlled by operating principles that hold you hostage.
