This site has been created to expand and share on some of the insights that led to the writing of It's Monday Only in Your Mind: You Are Not Your Thoughts.

Almost all problems are created from concepts and ideals which make up a reality that isn’t real. Until this is realized, one will live a relative reality based on what they’re making up through their thoughts.

When you can be with whatever occurs in you life and the need to have it different falls aways, you are free to be with what’s real, but few do what’s necessary to allow the mind to settle enough to see this. Almost all problems are created from concepts and ideals from a reality that isn’t real. It’s all made up in the head and until this is truly realized one will live a relative reality based on what they’re making up through their thoughts. You’re not the person you think you are nor are you living the life you think you are living. The reality that’s made up makes you think you are, but it’s just not true. You may say this makes no sense, when I pinch me it hurts, but who is doing the pinching and who is the one hurting? There’s pinching and hurting with or without the attachment to I, just watch this without labeling it, pinching and hurting is occurring, but it happens even without labeling it as so. Can you see this?

This is so important to get in touch with if there is to ever be real freedom in one’s life, but the thing to understand is why one isn’t free. We hold onto made up concepts and ideals as it they were beneficial, but upon further investigation you’ll see the fact that any made up concept and ideals automatically take aways from life being beneficial because it’s based in something made up. Make life any reality you want it to be, but if its a thought based story it won’t be beneficial to anyone because it won’t be real. It will be real to you, but that’s only because you make it that way and when you make your reality based on concepts and ideals it automatically isn’t real.
