Thought Based Drama

If one is stuck in a thought based existence, you’re being claimed by a thought based world. This is a prison that only going beyond your thoughts into the realm of no mind will release you from.

It’s impossible to have a problem in your life that isn’t created by your own mind. This doesn’t mean unpleasant things won’t occur, it just means that regardless of what happens it’s your mind that makes it a problem and it comes from within yourself. Lots of things happen throughout the day and each time there’s a choice to make it a problem or not. Understanding everyone has the ability within to make a problem, it just takes a certain amount of discipline for this to occur. What discipline does is it slows down the thought process that runs continuously. This slowing down is the beginning of truth being revealed; without it the necessary quietness that allows this will not happen.

If all there is is thought then all there will be is thought. And this will not allow the ability to watch the drama of the Conditioned Mind unfold, and if this drama isn’t seen one’s mind will never slow down and there won’t be any space created between your thoughts. Life will be thought based (unconsciousness) and the result of this will make it seem as though it’s a struggle. When life slows down one can see how it’s the Conditioned Mind that takes everything that happens and puts it in category of being a problem or being a pleasure, this is when one will break free of the hold your mind has over you and you will be able to see that you’re not the mind, you’re beyond the thought based mind (consciousness).

Unless you allow your mind to control you, nothing that’s mind generated is really a problem. It’s just something from within you that makes the problem seem real, but it isn’t, it is from the delusional Conditioned Mind and this will need to be understood so you can watch how your mind creates all your problems so you can go beyond it and stop it from happening. This doesn’t mean unpleasant things won’t happen, on the contrary life will still happen, you just won’t allow yourself to have a problem with it. When this occurs and you have no created problems with life, the next step in the process of going beyond mind will be realized.
