Unfortunately even if someone dies on a cross to show the world truth, it means nothing if one isn’t willing to give up the lie. And the lie being that one can know truth without ever understanding the lie.
Truth is not what most people want because it would mean they would lose any semblance of control they think they have over things. This is one of the biggest misconceptions in people’s lives, that they have control of it. I consider my writings to be based in exposing truth and this doesn’t always produce the most favorable results with people, hence I tend to get booted from some FB sites and people unfriend me, but I stand my ground on what has been revealed to me regardless of what anyone thinks. And revealing truth is what I do because it’s what’s there. If it’s ignored that’s not really a concern.
Most people who go against what the norm is are considered off the beaten path, but if one knows what is known to be of truth and it isn’t shared, you would be doing yourself and the world a great disservice, regardless if the world agrees with you or not. What is disheartening at times is when one is diverted from the truth by someone and they remain in the lie.
Results of planting seeds of truth are never a concern, regardless of others the thing to do is what’s in front of you and when things change it just means it’s time to move on. The truth is not easily handled by people especially in a world that reinforces it’s lies. Most will never know the truth. It is why Jesus said “forgive them for they know not what they do” And unfortunately even if someone dies on a cross to show you truth, it means nothing if one isn’t willing to give up the lie.
