If one is to be a true instrument of love to others, one will need to stop trying to make themselves perfect and understand one’s perfection is strictly experienced from the perfection of love.
The point of ones life isn’t to strive for it to be perfect by some standard, but there is an essence of perfection to it through love. It is only through love that true perfection can be known, but its not something that can be manufactured, it only comes from the perfection of love. So much time and energy are put towards trying to perfect ourselves, we go to the gym, eat healthy, attend church, read self help books, rely on programs, do volunteer work, meditate, do yoga and so on, but the question to ask is, are they being done to perfect ourselves or to allow our alignment with the perfection of love?
There’s nothing wrong with any of the things mentioned above, but what matters is why they are being done. If it’s to perfect oneself, something will always be needed to be done because one’s perfection can never be something that’s attained, if not for any reason other than we are human and always want more. But if it’s one’s yearning to perfect their ability to love, then it puts us in direct alignment with ourselves, and with all the Universe has to offer. This allows our energy to quietly be directed towards an intended purpose to love. So it will be at this time that perfection will be forth coming in one’s life and thus it will propel one’s love into the lives of others.
