This site has been created to expand and share on some of the insights that led to the writing of It's Monday Only in Your Mind: You Are Not Your Thoughts.

Choice Means Options

The difficulty of going through life without an understanding of how ones own mind works is that it limits the options one has. And to limit ones options is to limit the freedom of having choices.

We discover the cause of all our suffering when we face our thinking and understand how it creates thoughts and feelings that aren’t real. They feel real because of the association to them through our senses, but their reality is only relative to our thinking and the association to our identity. When this is discovered and we disassociate with this thinking we become more aligned with the Creative Intelligence of the Universe, which is love and love gives us so many more options in our life.

When we stop believing the nonsense in the self created world of thought, we learn how to allow love to be our guide. This is when we’ll be able to see our thoughts for what they truly are, disassociate them from a false created identity and separate the ones that aren’t a benefit to us and cause suffering. This is when our suffering will cease to exist. This is not some made up belief, it is a fact of the conditioned mind whether it is understood or not. A thought cannot cause any harm or pleasure unless it is attached to which gives it the energy needed to do so. And this energy is what determines if the thought is held on to or not. The more its held on to, the more control it has. In the awareness of this is our freedom, it is in ones ignorance of this that there is suffering. What this suffering manifest as is going through life without an understanding of how ones own mind works. This limits our options and with limited options we have limited choices because we don’t understand our own mind which is the cause of all suffering. This is the merry-go-round of the conditioned mind.
