This site has been created to expand and share on some of the insights that led to the writing of It's Monday Only in Your Mind: You Are Not Your Thoughts.

We’re entirely ready to cooperate with Universal Energy so our behavior becomes conducive to what is necessary to be in harmony with life.

No change can be had without the willingness to look within and see that maybe there’s the possibility that one doesn’t have all the answers and there just may be another way to view life. If freedom is not had, what will make it so?

Closed heart behavior is as different from open-hearted behavior as night is from day. An open heart produces love and a closed heart produces negativity because it is derived from selfishness. We stop being “just along for the ride” as we become more aware of the closing and opening of our heart. When our heart closes we can pause for a moment, take a deep breath and refocus our energy into the Here and Now. If we focus consciously on our behavior, we can call upon the transforming power of Universal Energy. In the awareness of the Here and Now we are perfect; we are in total harmony with Universal Love. What takes us out of that harmony is our self-centeredness. So we need to be entirely ready to be rid of the behaviors that take us out of harmony. This is a moment-by-moment practice. It cannot be done any other way. Perfection can only be experienced in the quietness of the present moment, but once one thinks they are perfect, perfection is lost. So it is imperative to always be willing to make sure our side of the street is clean because it is only by looking within ourselves and being present in the Here and Now with an open heart, that our perfection can be had.
